Survivin、VEGF 在年轻宫颈癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨 Survivin（存活素）、VEGF（血管内皮生长因子）在年轻宫颈鳞癌患者组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化 SP 法检测46例年轻宫颈鳞癌组织、25例正常宫颈组织中 Survivin、VEGF 的表达水平。结果 Survivin、VEGF 在年轻宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为60.9%、65.2%,二者在正常宫颈组织中不表达,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。 Survivin 表达与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关（P 〈0.05）。 VEGF 表达率与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关（P 〈0.05）,而与组织学分级无关（P 〉0.05）。 Survivin、VEGF 的表达呈正相关（r =0.443,P =0.002）。结论 Survivin、VEGF 表达上调与年轻宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关,影响患者的预后。

The Expression and Significance of Survivin and VEGF in Young Patients with Cervical Squamous Cancer

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Survivin and VEGF in young patients with cervical squamous cancer and the clinicopathologic features. Methods The expression of Survivin and VEGF were detected by im-munohistochemistry （s-p technique） in 46 cases of young patients with cervical squamous carcinoma tissue and 25 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results The expression rates of survivin and VEGF were respectively 60. 9% and 65. 2% in young patients with cervical squamous cancer. No expression of Survivin and VEGF was detected in normal cervical tissues, the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of Survivin was significantly associated with clinical stage, histological differentiation and lymph nodes metastasis（P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of VEGF was markedly correlated with clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis （P 〈 0. 05）, but not to histological differentiation （P 〉 0. 05）. Survivin expression was positively correlated with VEGF（r =0. 443,P = 0. 002）. Conclusion The highly expression of Survivin and VEGF correlated with occurrence and development of young patients with cervical squamous cancers and may affect the prognosis of the patients.
