维持性血液透析患者的心理健康状况与社会支持度调查分析

目的调查维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况与社会支持度,探讨二者之间的关系。方法应用症状自评量表和社会支持评定量表对本组98例维持性血液透析患者进行调查。结果本组患者普遍存在焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,整体心理健康状况比国内常模差（P〈0.05）;不同社会支持、经济状况以及文化程度的患者之间的心理健康状况差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论社会支持低、经济状况差和文化程度低的维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况较差,较好的社会支持可以改善维持性血液透析患者的心理健康状况。

Investigation and analysis of mental health status and social support of maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the mental health status and social support of maintenance hemodialysis patients and to explore their correlation.Methods 98 maintenance hemodialysis patients were assessed with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.Results All the 98 patients investigated generally showed depression,anxiety and other psychological problems.And their average scores of symptom factors were significant higher than those of health Chinese（P0.05）.The mental health status were different among patients with different social supports,financial status and education levels（P0.05）.Conclusion In maintenance hemodialysis patients,their mental health status showed positive correlation with social support,financial status and education level,thus better social support can improve the mental health status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
