| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创腰椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术(MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄症。方法对已确诊为腰椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄症的42例患者均采用MED手术。全部42例患者随访2～26个月。结果对42例患者进行评估,参照Macnab评定标准,35例优,6例良,1例可。结论在明确诊断,严格把握适应证及禁忌证的前提下,熟练运用MED技术治疗腰椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄症是有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective Microendoscopic disectomy(MED) for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion combined with spinal canal stenosis.Methods Had a diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation combined with spinal stenosis 42 cases were treated with MED operation.All 42 patients were followed up for 2~26 months.Results The 42 patients were eva-luated according to the MacNab Criteria,the results were excellent for 35 cases,good for 6 cases and fair for 1 case.Conclusion The definite diagnosis,strictly grasp the indications and contraindications of premise,skilled use of MED technique for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion combined with spinal canal stenosis is effective. |
