孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺病65例疗效观察

目的探讨孟鲁司特治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法 62例COPD患者(对照组)采用常规基础治疗,65例患者在此基础上服用孟鲁司特(孟鲁司特组),检测治疗前和治疗4周后患者肺功能指标并进行血气分析,ELISA法检测血清TNF-α、、IL-6、IL-8。结果治疗后对照组和孟鲁司特组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC和MVV较治疗前明显升高,P<0.05或P<0.01,且孟鲁司特组高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后对照组PaO2升高,P<0.05,PaCO2降低,P<0.05;治疗后孟鲁司特组PaO2明显升高,P<0.01,PaCO2明显降低,P<0.01,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后对照组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α降低,P<0.05;治疗后孟鲁司特组各细胞因子明显降低,P<0.01,且低于对照组,P<0.05。结论孟鲁司特辅助治疗COPD临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。

Clinical curative effect observation of Montelukast on treating 65 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the effect of Montelukast in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) clinical efficacy.Methods 62 patients with COPD(control group) were treated with conventional basic treatment,and 65 patients added Montelukast(Montelukast group) on this basis,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis were detected before and after 4 weeks of treatment,serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 were detected by ELISA.Results FEV1%、FEV1/FVC and MVV of Montelukast group and control group were significantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.05 or P<0.01,and Montelukast group was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.PaO2 of control group increased after treatment,P<0.05,while PaCO2 decreased,P<0.05;PaO2 of Montelukast group was significantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.01,PaCO2 decreased significantly,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant between these two groups,P<0.05.IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α of the control group decreased after treatment,P<0.05;Montelukast group were significantly lower than that before treatment,P<0.01,and lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Clinical effect of Montelukast in treatment of COPD is significant,it is worth in clinical practice.
