| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良吻合器痔上粘膜环形切除钉合术(PPH术)预防术后吻合口狭窄的疗效。方法 320例直肠粘膜内脱、Ⅱ～Ⅳ度内痔患者随机分为观察组、对照组各160例,其中观察组使用改良PPH术(半荷包缝合),对照组使用传统PPH术(单荷包缝合)。结果观察组预防术后吻合口狭窄明显优于对照组。结论改良PPH术预防术后吻合口狭窄疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the improvement of the mucosal hemorrhoidal circular stapler stapling resection surgery(PPH surgery) to prevent the efficacy of postoperative anastomotic stenosis.Methods 320 cases of rectal mucosa within the off,Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,control group 160 cases,including the use of improved observation group PPH patients(semi-purse-string suture),the control group using traditional PPH patients(single purse-string suture).Results The observation group prevention of postoperative anastomotic stricture significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Modified PPH patients to prevent postoperative anastomotic stenosis significant effect. |
