血栓通和灯盏细辛治疗肾病综合征高凝状态的临床疗效观察

目的观察血栓通和灯盏细辛在原发性肾病综合征的治疗作用和不良反应，并进行疗效的比较。方法对56例原发性肾病综合患者，随机分为血栓通组和灯盏细辛组，分别在给予常规治疗的基础上加用血栓通和灯盏细辛治疗4周。结果两组均具有不同程度的降血脂和减轻血液高凝状态的作用，并协助减少尿蛋白，提高血浆清蛋白（P〈0．05），且无明显不良反应。结论血栓通和灯盏细辛在原发性肾病综合征中疗效确切，不良反应极少，使用安全、方便，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of xueshuantong and erigeron injection on hypercoagulative status in nephrotic syndrome-an observational study

Objective To investigate the effect of xueshuantong and erigeron injection on antieoagulative therapy in ne-phrotic syndrome. Methods 56 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomized into xueshuantong group and erigeron group, who were given xueshuantong and erigeron injection for 4 weeks on top of the regular therapy, respectively. Results Lipid-lowering and anticoagulative effects were observed in the 2 groups after the therapy. Both xueshuantong and erigeron injection re-duced proteinufia and improved hypoalbuminemia(P<0.05) without major adverse events. Conclusion Both xueshuantong and erigeron injection are suggested to be safe and effective for anticoagulation in primary nephrotic syndrome.
