鼻内窥镜引导下泪道硅胶管逆行植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床观察

目的观察鼻内窥镜引导下泪道硅胶管逆行植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年至2013年我科收治的鼻泪管阻塞患者85例90眼,在鼻内窥镜引导下行泪道硅胶管逆行植入术,术后随访6个月,观察疗效。结果治愈77眼（85.56%）,好转12眼（13.33%）,未愈1眼（1.11%）,总有效率98.89%。结论鼻内窥镜引导下泪道硅胶管逆行植入术是治疗鼻泪管阻塞的一种安全、有效的手术方法。

Clinical Observation of Retrograde Lacrimal Intubation by Nasal Endoscopy in the Treatment of Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction.

Objective Observe the clinical effect of retrograde lacrimal intubation by nasal endoscopy on the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Analysis on nasolacrimal duct obstruction 85 cases 90 eyes treated in our department from 2011 to 2013. They were received retrograde lacrimal intubation by nasal endoscopy. The postoperative follow-up continued 6 months and the curative effect was observed. Results 77 eyes were cured, which accounted for 85.56%, improvement occurred in 12 eyes accounted for 13.33%, 1 eye was not cured, accounted for 1.11%, As a result, the total effective rate was 98.89%. Conclusion Retrograde lacrimal intubation by nasal endoscopy is a safe and effective surgical method on the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
