CD44v6在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨CD44v6表达与结直肠癌发生、发展及转移的关系。方法 采用SP免疫组织化学方法，检测62例原发性结直肠腺癌、45例结直肠腺瘤和17例结直肠正常粘膜中CD44v6的表达情况。结果 结直肠腺瘤和腺癌组织中CD44v6阳性表达率分别为57．8％、77．4％，明显高于正常粘膜的阳性表达率。CD44v6阳性表达与腺癌浸润深度、分化程度无关，但与淋巴结转移相关，淋巴结转移组阳性表达率（87．5％）高于无淋巴结转移组（71．1％），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论 CD44v66表达与结直肠癌的发生、发展及转移有一定关系。

CD44v6 expression in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between CD44v6 expression and tumorigenesis,progression and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Expression of CD44v6 was detected by SP immunohistochemistry method in 62 cases of colorectal carcinoma,45 cases of colorectal adenomas,17 cases of normal control.Results CD44v6 positive expression rate of colorectal adenomas and carcinoma was 57.8%,77.4%,significantly higher than that of normal control.Expression of CD44v6 was related with lymph nodes metastasis,but no relationship with invasive extent and histological differentiation.The expression in patients with lymph nodes metastasis(87.5%) was higher than that of patients without lymph nodes metastasis(71.1%).Conclusion The expression of CD44v6 correlated with the tumorigenesis,progression and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.
