不同剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚在老年患者全身麻醉前用药中的比较

目的比较不同剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚在老年患者全身麻醉前用药中的临床效果。方法选择全身麻醉下行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者60例，随机分为I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，每组各20例，分别于麻醉诱导前静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0．01mg／kg、0．5nag、1mg。采用VAS评分记录静脉注射前，静脉注射后10min、20min、30min的口干程度以及术后24—72h不良反应的发生情况。结果3组患者性别、年龄、体重、麻醉时间、手术时间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；各组患者注药后30min口干程度VAS评分与基础值比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义，Ⅱ组与I、Ⅲ组比较尸〈0．05，差异有统计学意义；术后24。72h不良反应发生率Ⅲ组与I、Ⅱ组比较P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义，I、Ⅱ组之间比较P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义。结论老年患者全身麻醉前使用盐酸戊乙奎醚从0．01mg／kg较为安全，既能有效抑制腺体分泌又能降低不良反应的发生率。

Comparison of differential dose penehyclidine hydrochloride as premedication of general anesthesia in elder patients

Objective To comparison the effects of differential dose penehyclidine hydrochloride as premedicafion of general anesthesia in elder patients.Methods Sixty ASA I - Ⅱ elder patients received general anesthesia during laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）were randomly allocated into three groups I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ,each group 20 patients separately,injected intravenafion with penehyclidine hydrochloride 0.01mg/kg,0.5mg, ling separately before anesthesia introduction. The VAS of thirstiness and rate of side effect were recorded.Results There no significant difference of age,sex,body weight,ancsthetic time and operative time cach other（ P 〉0.05）. Each group 30min after administration the VAS of thirstiness decreased distinctly compared with basic value（ P 〈 0.05）, group Ⅱ decreased distinctly compared with group I and group Ⅲ （ P 〈 0.05）. The rate of side effect after operation in group HI severely compared with group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It is safer injected intravenation 0.01mg/kg penehyclidine hydrochlofide as premedication of general anesthesia in eider patients.
