肛肠外科优质护理服务实践与成效

目的 探讨肛肠外科开展优质护理服务的方法与效果,提高护理质量.方法 根据肛肠外科特点,加强专科护理文化建设,改进病房管理模式,优化服务流程,关注细节服务,实施个性化服务,通过对患者、医生满意度及护理质量的调查评估,作为优质护理服务成效的依据.结果 护士工作主动性增强,患者、家属及医生对护理人员工作满意度明显提高,各项护理质量检查合格率明显上升,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 开展优质护理服务可以提高护士工作主动性、护理质量以及提高医生和患者对护理工作满意度.
