两种方法治疗糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡同体效果观察

目的 观察唐肌康和重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡效果及差异性.方法 同体对照,分别采用唐肌康和重组人表皮生长因子凝胶对10只糖尿病大鼠背部两侧皮肤溃疡进行外敷治疗,观察溃疡创面大小、自溶清创效果、有无换药疼痛.结果 唐肌康自溶清创效果高于重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（t=-1.455,P=0.172）;唐肌康换药疼痛显著低于重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（=68.850,P=0.000）.结论 两种方法治疗糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡均有效,唐肌康自溶清创效果、换药疼痛优于重组人表皮生长因子凝胶.

Observation the effects of two methods treating skin ulcers in rats with diabetes

Objective To observe the effects and compare of the differences of Tangjikang ointment and recombinant hu- man epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） gel treating skin ulcers in rats with diabetes. Method Diabetes was induced by peritoneal injection of streptozotocin and back skin ulcers were made by surgery method in 10 rats. Then the rats were topical administered with Tangjikang ointment （on the left side） and rhEGF Gel （on the right side） respectively, once a day until 14 days after begin- ning experiment. Size of ulcer, autolysis dabridement effect and pain response were observed during wound healing, Results Tangjikang ointment was better than rhEGF for autolysis debridement （ t = - 1. 455, P = 0. 172 ） ; and more comfortable than rhEGF for medication pain （x2= 68. 850,P = 0. 000）. Conclusion Two methods to treat skin ulcers in rats with diabetes were valid. Tangjikang ointment might better for autolysis debridement and medication pain than rhEGF gel.
