大肠原发性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤诊断分析

目的 提高对大肠原发性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的认识,提高诊断率.方法 回顾性分析7例大肠原发性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床资料.结果 7例行20次肠镜,仅1例首次肠镜＋活检确诊,3例3-4次肠镜＋活检确诊,2例术后确诊,1例术后仍未确诊.首次诊断符合率仅14.29%.结论 大肠原发性NK/T淋巴瘤早期诊断困难,误诊率高,临床医生应警惕该病的存在.

Analysis of the diagnosis of primary colorectal NK/T-cell lymphoma

Objective To improve the understanding of the large intestine primary NK/T-cell lymphoma and the diagnos- tic rate. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with primary colorectal NIL/T-celt lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed Re- suits Only 1 case which were made a definite diagnosis for the first time by colonoscopy and biopsy, 3 cases for 3 - 4 times, and 2 cases after operation, 1 patient had not yet confirmed. The first time diagnosis rate was 14. 29%. Conclusion It would be dif- ficult in early diagnosis of primary eolorectal NK/T-cell lymphoma, misdiagnosis rate was higher, doctors should be alert to the presence of the disease.
