双歧杆菌片口服预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻探讨

目的 探讨双歧杆菌片口服预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻效果.方法 2004年1月～2006年12月在我院儿科治疗的小儿肺炎138例,以住院期间抗生素治疗同时应用双歧杆菌片的58例患儿为病例组;仅使用抗生素治疗或住院72h后因出现继发腹泻才开始应用双歧杆菌片的80例患儿为对照组,对肺炎继发腹泻的发生率与双歧杆菌应用情况进行统计学分析.结果 病例组58例,住院治疗期间继发腹泻10例,发生率为17.2%;对照组80例,继发腹泻33例,发生率为41.3%.卡方分析显示,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=6.2767,P＜0.05).结论 使用抗生素同时应用双歧杆菌片能够降低小儿肺炎继发腹泻发生率.

Live combined birfidobacterium protection in diarrhea of children with pneumonia

Objective To assess the efficacy of Birfidobacterium in diarrhea in children with pneumonia who treated in hospital over 3 days. Methods A total of 138 children with pneumonia were reviewed from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2006. The case group were treated with use of Birfidobacterium and the control group were treated without Birfidobacterium because of diarrhea 3days later. Results The morbidity was 17.2 % in case group, and 41.3 % in the control group. Conclusion Birfidobacterium may be used to reduce the morbidity of diarrhea of children with pneumonia.
