| 摘 要： | 目的研究肝癌和消化道肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞CR1的表达。方法检测58例健康体检者和临床确诊的肝癌38例、食管癌33例、胃癌34例及直肠癌37例患者的PBLCR1活性及PBLCR1分子的定量测定。结果健康组PBLCR1活性及PBLCR1分子数量明显高于各疾病组;食管癌组、胃癌组和直肠癌组结果较肝癌组高;而食管癌组、胃癌组和直肠癌组间无明显差异。结论消化系统肿瘤患者PBLCR1表达降低,以肝癌患者PBLCR1表达降低最为显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore CR1 expression of peripheral blood lymphocytes of the liver cancer and digestive tract cancer patients.PBLCR1 activity and the number of its elements were detected in 58 healthy subjects and clinical diagnosis of liver cancer in 38 cases,esophageal cancer in 33 cases,34 cases of gastric cancer and 37 cases of rectal cancer.Health group PBLCR1 activity and the number of its elements was significantly higher than that of the disease;esophageal cancer group,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer than the group results of liver cancer group and the group esophageal cancer,stomach cancer group and there was no significant difference between the groups.PBLCR1 expression in digestive system cancer patients was decreased.And liver cancer patients with lung cancer had the lowest PBLCR1 expression levels. |
