50例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床护理与分析

目的分析和了解对慢性心力衰竭患者实施的护理,减少并发症的发生,克服治疗带来的任何短期不良反应,从而发挥应有的疗效,达到改善患者生存质量,为实施未来的治疗和护理提供借鉴。方法通过50例慢性心力衰竭患者进行有效的饮食护理、心理护理、健康教育及药物护理并做好临床观察、预防并发症等各项护理措施,达到良好的效果。结果 50例慢性心力衰竭患者,48例症状缓解,无并发症发生。2例死亡,其中1例死于充血性心力衰竭,1例猝死。结论心力衰竭正在威胁着社会和人类的生存,随着科学技术的进步,医疗设备和技术手段的提高心力衰竭研究正在向纵深发展。心力衰竭患者需要得到更好的护理和社会支持,从而减少和避免并发症的发生。

50 cases of chronic heart failure patients and analysis of clinical nursing

Objective To analyze and understand the implementation of care in chronic heart failure patients,reduce complications,to overcome any short-term treatment of adverse reactions brought to play its efficacy,to improve patients quality of life,for the implementation of future treatment and care for reference.Methods 50 cases of chronic heart failure patients on effective diet care,psychological care,health education and pharmaceutical care and good clinical observation,care and prevention of complications and other measures to achieve good results.Results 50 cases of chronic heart failure patients,48 patients with clinical symptoms,no complications.2 died,1 patient died of congestive heart failure,psychological,one case of sudden death.Conclusion Heart failure is threatening the survival of the social and human,as science and technology,medical equipment and technical means to improve heart failure is as in depth.Patients with heart failure need to be better care and social support to reduce and avoid complications.
