双源CT在疑诊冠心病女性患者中的应用

目的探讨双源CT在疑诊女性冠心病患者中的诊断价值。方法对临床怀疑冠心病的62例女性患者,行双源CT检查及选择性冠状动脉造影术,并以冠脉造影结果为金标准,评价双源CT的灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果基于冠状动脉血管节段分析,731支冠状动脉节段中冠状动脉狭窄39处,正确诊断37处,漏诊2处,误诊3处,敏感度94.5%,特异度99.6%,阳性预测值92.5%,阴性预测值99.7%。结论双源CT对疑诊冠心病女性患者冠状动脉狭窄诊断有较高价值,可作为一项无创性检查技术用于临床疑诊冠心病的女性患者的筛查中。

Clinical use of dual-source computed tomography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in women patients

Objective To study the clinical value of dual-source CT coronary artery imaging in the diagnosis of women patients with suspected coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods A total of 62 consecutive women patients with clinical suspected CHD were included in this study.Both dual source CT and scanning coronary angiography by DSA were performed.The SCA results were served as＂gold standard＂to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of DSCT.While the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value（PPV） and negative predictive value（NPV） were calculated,respectively.Results Compared with invasivc coronary angiography,segment-based analysis from the 731 segments showed the sensitivity by DSCT was 94.5%,specificity 99.6%,PPV 92.5% and NPV 99.7%.Conclusion DSCT is effective in the diagnosis of women CHD,and could be considered as a valuable noninvasive technique for screening coronary artery disease in women patients.
