摘    要:目的探讨新生儿肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)败血症的临床特点和药敏情况,为临床合理治疗提供依据。方法选取49例新生儿肺炎克雷伯菌败血症患儿,对其临床资料和细菌药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果 49株肺炎克雷伯菌中检出产ESBLs菌株30株(61.22%),非产ESBLs菌株19株(38.78%)。肺炎克雷伯菌对大多数青霉素类及头孢菌素类药物不敏感,对阿米卡星和美罗培南的敏感率达100%。结论肺炎克雷伯菌败血症多为医院内感染,有部分为产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株,耐药性强,对常用的抗生素不敏感,应根据药敏试验结果应用抗生素,以提高临床治愈率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and drug sensitivity of neonatal septicemia caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae( KP),and to provide the basis for clinical rational treatment.Methods The clinical data and antimicrobial susceptibility of 49 neonates with septicemia caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the49 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,30 strains( 61. 22%) produced extended spectrum beta lactamases( ESBLs) and 19 strains( 38. 78%) were non ESBLs-producing strains( ESBLs).Klebsiella pneumoniae was not sensitive to most penicillins and cephalosporins drug but the sensitivity rate to amikacin and meropenem reached 100%.Conclusion Klebsiella pneumoniae septicemia is mostly hospital infection partly caused by ESBLs-producing strains,which have strong drug resistance and are not sensitive to commonly used antibiotics.Antibiotics should be used according to the results of drug sensitivity test in order to improve the clinical cure rate
