| 摘 要： | 目的通过与腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的比较,评估经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术（SPA）的临床疗效及其应用前景。方法将100个需要行胆囊切除术的患者随机分为SPA组和LC组,记录其手术时间、术中出血、术后恢复情况,所得数据行统计学分析。结果SPA组手术时间35~135min,平均（67±1.92）min,平均出血量（15.9±0.10）ml。疼痛部位主要在脐周且疼痛程度以轻度多见。结论SPA安全可靠、创伤小,术后患者疼痛轻、恢复快,在胆囊切除中具有极大的应用前景。
