残余胆囊的诊治体会

目的 对残余胆囊的发生原因、诊断、治疗及预防进行探讨.方法 回顾分析23例残余胆囊的临床资料,行开腹胆囊切除术者19例,腹腔镜手术4例;急诊手术7例,择期16倒.结果 全组患者均择期行残余胆囊切除术,术后恢复良好,无并发症发生.切除标本送病理检查,无肿瘤及恶变.随访6个月～13年,症状完全消除.结论 只要术者更新关念、仔细解剖、选择适当手术时机,残余胆囊是可以避免的.

The diagnosis and treatment of residual gallbladder

Objective To investigate the reason,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of residual gallbladder.Methods Clinical date of 23 residual gallbladder cases was analyzed retrospectively.19 patients had open cholecystectomy(OC),and r patients had laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).7 patients had emergency operation,and 16 patients had selective operation.Results All patients received selective operation to remove the remnant gallbladder and recovered well.No complications happened.No pathologic diagnosis of remnant g...
