| 摘 要： | 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线（NB—UVB）治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及时血清白介素-12（IL-12）水平的影响。方法32例寻常性银屑病患者予NB-UVB照射治疗，以银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数（PASI）评价疗效。用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测治疗前后血清IL-12水平。结果32例寻常性银屑病患者总有效率为90．63％，无严重不良反应。患者治疗前血清IL-12水平明显高于对照组，治疗结束后其水平显著下降。结论NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病安全、有效，抑制IL-12分泌可能是NB—UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) in the treatment of psoriasis and its effects on serum levels of 1L-12.Methods 32 patients with psoriasis were treated with NB-UVB phototherapy.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index(PASI).The serum levels of IL-12 were detected by sandwich ELISA before and after the phototherapy.Results The total effective rate of 32 patients with psoriasis was 86.36%.No severe side effect was found.The serum... |
