鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的比较鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 50例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为鸦胆子油乳注射液配合化疗组（治疗组）和单纯化疗组（对照组）,其中配合化疗组25例,采用多西他赛75mg/m2,第1天静脉滴注,顺铂20~30mg/m2,第2~4天静脉滴注。化疗过程中常规行预处理,化疗同时给予鸦胆子油乳注射液20~30ml加入250ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,1次/d,连续15d为1周期。对照组25例化疗方案同治疗组,至少2个周期后评价疗效及生存质量改善情况。结果鸦胆子油乳注射液配合化疗组总有效率（56.0%）较单纯化疗组（52.0%）高,但差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05,但在改善患者生活质量、减轻化疗毒性方面明显优于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗在治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌中可提高化疗疗效,减轻化疗毒性,提高患者生活质量。

The clinical observation of the patients with medium-term or advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with Brucea Javanica Oil Injection combined with chemotherapy
