表皮生长因子受体在食管鳞癌中的表达及预后意义

目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(epithelial growth factor receptor,EGFR)蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及其预后意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例食管鳞癌及对应的正常食管黏膜中EGFR蛋白的表达;采用Logrank检验及Cox比例风险模型进行食管癌生存分析。结果:食管鳞癌及对应的正常食管黏膜中EGFR蛋白表达阳性率分别为61.3%、27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食管鳞癌中EGFR蛋白表达阳性率与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有相关性(均P<0.05),与性别、年龄及组织学分级无相关性(均P>0.05)。淋巴结转移、TNM分期、EGFR蛋白的表达可作为食管鳞癌独立的预后指标(均P<0.05)。结论:EGFR蛋白在食管鳞癌中高表达,在食管鳞癌的发生、侵袭转移中起重要作用,对判断食管鳞癌患者预后有一定的价值。

The significance between the expression of EGFR and prognosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of epithelial growth factor receptor(EGFR) protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC),and to evaluate their prognostic signification.Methods: The expression of EGFR protein in 80 ESCC and 80 normal esophageal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry staining(SP).The logrank test and Cox proportional hazards analysis were used to analyze the prognosis of ESCC.Results: The positive expression rate of EGFR protein in 80 ESCC and 80 normal esophageal tissues were 61.3% and27.5%,respectively.The expression of EGFR protein in the ESCC was much higher than that in normal esophageal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of EGFR protein was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(every P<0.05).There were no correlation between the expression of EGFR protein and Sex,age and histological grade(every P>0.05).The lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and the expression of EGFR protein were independent prognostic factors statistically.Conclusion: EGFR protein higherly expressed in ESCC and might play an important role in the development,invasion and metastasis of ESCC.It might be used as the prognostic factor.
