胃肠道间质瘤术前及术后诊断的研究进展

胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors, GIST)是临床上胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤，但单凭临床表现较难与其他疾病进行鉴别诊断，其确诊主要依靠术后组织病理学检查和免疫组织化学染色，近年来随着诊断手段的不断改进，术前相关检查可辅助诊断，现就胃肠道间质瘤的术前及术后诊断相关的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of preoperative and postoperative diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor*

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumor in the gastrointestinal tract, but it is difficult to differentiate from other diseases by clinical manifestations alone. Its diagnosis mainly depends on postoperative histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of diagnostic methods, preoperative examination is helpful for diagnosiss. This article reviews the research progress of preoperative and postoperative diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
