Survivin和Cyclin E蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义

目的:研究生存素(Survivin)与细胞周期素E(Cyclin E)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其表达的相关性。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法检测50例宫颈癌及20例正常宫颈组织中Survivin与Cyclin E的表达。结果:宫颈癌组织中Survivin和Cyclin E表达阳性率为分别为86.0%和76.0%,均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),Survivin阳性表达和Cyclin E阳性表达与肿瘤分期及组织学分级无关,而与肿瘤淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中Survivin与Cyclin E的表达强度成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin与Cyclin E的表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有关,二者在宫颈癌组织中的表达密切相关。

Expression and significance of Survivin and Cyclin E in cervix carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression of Survivin and Cyclin E in human cervix carcinoma and analyze the relationship between them.Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and Cyclin E in 50 cases of cervix carcinoma and 20 cases of normal noncancerous tissues.Results: The positive rates of Survivin and Cyclin E in cervix carcinoma tissues were 86.0% and 76.0% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the normal noncancerous tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression of Survivin and Cyclin E were not correlated with tumor stage and tissue cell differentiation,but were significantly correlated with lymphonode metastasis(P<0.05).Furthermore,their expressions in cervix cancerous tissues were of positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both Survivin and Cyclin E are linked to the development and progression of cervix carcinoma.Their expressions in cervix cancerous tissues are of positive relation.
