| 摘 要： | 目的：考察山东产瓜蒌中的糖分含量,初步拟订瓜蒌中糖分的含量标准。方法：采用蒽酮比色法对不同产地的15份瓜蒌样品中的可溶性糖和粗多糖进行含量测定。结果：山东栽培瓜蒌中糖类成分含量差异显著,糖类成分含量与采收期、品种、种植条件、生长期及其授粉方式具有相关性。结论：初步拟订了山东栽培瓜蒌中糖分的含量标准。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the contents of sugar and develop the standards for sugar content of Fructus Trichosanthis （FT） in Shandong province. Methods：The contents of soluble sugar and crude polysaccharide of 15 FT samples from different areas cultivated in shandong were determined by anthrone colorimetric method. Results：There were significantly differents of the sugar contents of FTS. The sugar contents were related with harvest time,varieties,planting conditions,growing time and pollination mode. Conclusion ：The standards for sugar contents of FT were set tentatively. |
