摘    要:目的:比较不同产地安息香中苯甲酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(45∶55∶0.5);流速:1.0 ml.min–1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:228 nm。结果:苯甲酸在0.216~2.16μg范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.18%,RSD为0.99%。国产安息香和进口安息香中苯甲酸含量差异较小。结论:该方法简便、稳定,可为国产安息香资源的开发利用提供依据。

Content comparison of benzoic acid in Benzoinum from different habitats

Abstract:Objective:To compare the content of benzoic acid in Benzoinum from different habitats.Methods:An HPLC method was used,with Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm),methanol-water-orthophosphoric acid(45∶55∶0.5) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1,column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 228 nm.Results:It showed a linear relationship with the peak area range from 0.216 μg to 2.16 μg(r = 0.9999).The average recovery was 99.18%,RSD was 0.99%.There was little difference in content between homebred Benzoinum and import Benzoinum.Conclusion:The method was proved to be convinient,stable.It will provide basis for further research and development of homebred Benzoinum.
