口腔颌面部间隙感染临床回顾性分析

目的探讨口腔颌面部间隙感染的发病规律、治疗方案，总结防治措施。方法回顾分析唐山协和医院2002—01-01—2011～12—31住院的535例颌面部间隙感染患者，记录患者的症状、病因、感染部位、住院时间、治疗情况、并发症和愈后，并对这些数据进行比较。结果口腔颌面部间隙感染住院患者，男女比例为1．4：1，平均年龄（36．62±23．49）岁。农民在间隙感染的患者中比例最高，达35．0％（187／535）。分析发现：年龄、职业、自我治疗、入院体温是危及生命并发症的相关因素。结论颌面部间隙感染患者合并上述危险因素时，为了避免危及生命并发症的出现，应及早进行规律治疗。

A retrospective analysis of space infections in oral and maxillofacial region

Objective To explore the law, treatment options and preventive measures of oral and maxillofacial space infection. Methods The records of 535 patients with space infections in oral and maxillofacial region in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Sur-gery of Tangshan Municipal Xiehe Hospital from January 1,2002 to December 31,2011 were retrospectively reviewed. Their symptoms, etiology, site of space infections in oral and maxillofacial region, hospitalized day, treatment, complications and outcomes were recorded and compared with those in the available literature. Results The male-female ratio was 1.4： 1, and the average age was （36.62 ± 23, 49） years. Of 535 patients, farmer accounted for the most （ 187 cases, 35.0% ）. The age, self-medication, admission temperature were found to be risk factors for life-threatening complications. Conclusion When the above risk factors are present, the patients with space infections in oral and maxillofacial region should be regularly treated as soon as possible to avoid the life - threatening complica-tions.
