| 摘 要： | 目的探索建立小鼠高尿酸血症模型的方法。方法使用黄嘌呤６００ｍｇ／ｋｇ和乙胺丁醇２５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，次黄嘌呤６００ｍｇ／ｋｇ和烟酸１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ给药连续５天。结果：给药两组与正常对照组之间，小鼠血尿酸有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | SUMMARY:Purpose: In search of procedures to establish hyperuricemic mice animal models. Way: Using xanthine (600mg/kg) and ethambutol (250mg/kg), hypoxanthine (600mg/kg) to i.g. mice for 5 ays. Result: The animal models of hyperuricemic mice were gotten. Conclusions: These hyperuricemic mice may be serve as animal models for hyperuricemia. |
