| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小柴胡汤对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响.方法复制S180荷瘤小鼠模型,通过测定小柴胡汤不同剂量组与模型组间红细胞C3b花环结合率(ERC-C3b)及红细胞免疫复合物IC花环率(ERC-IC)来分析小柴胡汤在红细胞免疫方面的作用.结果小柴胡汤中、小剂量组抑瘤率高于模型组(P ＜0.05或0.01);与模型组比较,小柴胡汤中,小剂量组ERC-C3b降低(P<0.01),而各剂量组ERC-IC都有升高趋势,但以中剂量组升高最明显(P<0.05).结论小柴胡汤有一定抑瘤作用,并对S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能也有抑制作用,说明小柴胡汤的抑瘤作用与红细胞免疫有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect on Xiao chai hu decoction to cellular immunity of mice with S 180 fleshy tumor. Methods:The mice model with S 180 fleshy tumor was reproducted and randomly divided into the treated groups and control groups. Detected the ERC-C 3b and ERC-IC.Result:Xiao chai hu decoction can restraining the growth of tumor and reducing the level of ERC-C 3b, raising the level of ERC-IC. Conclusion:Xiao chai hu decoction has the effect of restraining the function of cellular immunity. |
