| 摘 要： | 目的：应用中医理论，模拟临床病因，建立温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型。方法：采用复合因素（中药造模因素＋饮食、气候因素＋致病生物因子），复制温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型。结果：该模型从症状体征、生化、药物反证等方面，均证明近似于温病湿热证湿重于热的临床表现。结论：温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型成立。

| Abstract: | Objective: Setting up animal model with SFD symptom of WEOHE by utilizing TCM theory and simulating clinic cause of disease.Method: Employing compound factors (including Chinese herb + diet, climatic factor + biological factor) to reproduce animal model with SFD symptom of WEOHE.Result: It was suggested that the symptoms, body signs, biochemistry and medical disproof of the animal model are similar with clinic situation of SFD symptom of WEOHE.Conclusion: The animal model succeeds. |
