温病湿热证湿重于热动物模型的研究

摘    要:目的:应用中医理论,模拟临床病因,建立温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型。方法:采用复合因素(中药造模因素+饮食、气候因素+致病生物因子),复制温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型。结果:该模型从症状体征、生化、药物反证等方面,均证明近似于温病湿热证湿重于热的临床表现。结论:温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型成立。

Abstract:Objective: Setting up animal model with SFD symptom of WEOHE by utilizing TCM theory and simulating clinic cause of disease.Method: Employing compound factors (including Chinese herb + diet, climatic factor + biological factor) to reproduce animal model with SFD symptom of WEOHE.Result: It was suggested that the symptoms, body signs, biochemistry and medical disproof of the animal model are similar with clinic situation of SFD symptom of WEOHE.Conclusion: The animal model succeeds.
