中医药证候动物模型的研究进展

证候动物模型是中医药实验中不可或缺的研究手段之一,针对证候动物模型的研究开展已有50多年,并取得了很多成绩。本文综述了近年来国内证候动物模型相关研究,包括实验动物、造模方法、模型评价等内容,发现存在模型种类较少、动物选择不理想、造模方法差异大、评价指标不标准等问题,而制约了其应用和推广。但随着相关研究的不断深入,证候动物模型必将获得更多的认可。

Progress Research in Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Animal Models

Animal model of syndrome is one of the indispensable research methods in TCM experiment,which has been studied for more than 50 years and made many achievements.This paper reviews the domestic syndrome animal model research in recent years,including experimental animals,building methods,model evaluation and so on.It is found that there are some problems,such as fewer types of models,unsatisfactory selection of animals,large differences in modeling methods and nonstandard evaluation indexes,which restrict its application and popularization.However,with the deepening of related studies,the syndrome animal models will surely gain more recognition.
