| 摘 要： | 目的 观察消痰散结方对裸鼠胃癌组织中胃癌细胞粘附分子CD44V6表达的影响。初步探讨消痰散结方抑制胃癌细胞转移的作用机理。方法 建立裸鼠MKN-45人胃癌模型。采用免疫组化S-P法检测胃癌组织中CD44V6的表达。结果 中药组胃癌组织中CD44V6表达水平明显低于空白对照组。结论 消痰散结方抑制胃癌细胞转移的作用机理可能与其能影响粘附分子的表达。从而影响细胞的粘附性机制有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effect of Xiao tan San jie recipe on expression of CD 44 V 6 ingastric adenocarcinoma and illustrate the mechanism that Xiao tan San jie recipe inhibits metastasis of gastric carcinomatous cell. Methods: A transplantable tibascites tumor model of MKN 45 human gastric adenocarcinoma in nude mice was established, by using S P immunohistochemical method with anti CD 44 V 6 monoclonal antibody ,the expression of CD 44 V 6 in gastric adenocarcinoma was studied. Results: the expression of CD 44 V 6 in gastric adenocarcinoma in Traditional Chinese Medicine group was obviously lower than that in control group. Conclusions: The mechanism of Xiao tan San jie recipe inhibits metastasis of gastric adenocarcinomatous cell may be through lowering expression of CD 44 V 6 in gastric adenocarcinomatous cell and further affecting the cell adhesiveness. |
