鼻渊舒口服液对实验性鼻窦炎大鼠鼻粘膜的超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:观察鼻渊舒口服液对实验性鼻窦炎大鼠鼻粘膜的超微结构的影响。方法:运用透射电镜观察正常大鼠,实验性急性化脓性鼻窦炎大鼠和用鼻渊舒口服液灌胃治疗的实验性急性化脓性鼻窦炎大鼠的鼻粘膜的超微结构。结果:正常大鼠鼻粘膜的粘膜上皮纤毛结构正常,内质网和线粒体丰富;模型组大鼠鼻粘膜的纤毛大多倒伏、断裂、排列紊乱,胞浆内内质网和线粒体重度扩张;用鼻渊舒口服液治疗后的大鼠鼻粘膜上皮可见短纤毛,线粒体和内质网轻度扩张。结论:鼻粘膜纤毛清除系统的受损,在急性鼻窦炎的发生,发展上起着重要作用;鼻渊舒口服液可让受损的鼻粘膜上皮修复再生,为临床治疗提供了参考依据。

Experimental. Research on Influence of Nasal Mucosalultrastructure of Experimental ARS Rats by Using Bi-Yuan-Shu Oral Liquid

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of nasal nmcosal uhrastructure of experimental ARS rats by using Bi-yuan-shu oral liquid. Methods: Observe belonged to three groups by using transmissive electron microscope. These three groups are normal, model and Iherapeutical groups. Results: For normal groups, epithelial hairy structure was normal with abundant endoplasmic reticu- lum (ER) and mitochondrion; for model rats who suffer from experimental acute suppurative sinusitis, researchers can see lodge, rupture and tnrbid arrange of cilium of nasal mucosa, and even mild dilatation of ER and mitochondrion in cytoplasm ; while for reme- dial group we used Bi-yuan-shu oral liquid, short cilium were found on epitheliam of nasal mucosa, and also mild dilation of ER and mitochondrion. Conclusion: lnjury of clear system of nasal mucisal cilium plays important role in happening and developing of acute sinusitis. Bi-yuan-shu oral liquid can let hurt mucosa to recover and renew. All ~ff these above offer referenced gist for clinical treat- ment.
