| 摘 要： | 目的：对波棱瓜子乙酸乙酯提取物进行血清药物化学研究,为筛选确定波棱瓜子的药效成分奠定基础。方法：建立波棱瓜子乙酸乙酯提取物及大鼠含药血浆、空白血浆的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法;通过比较波棱瓜子乙酸乙酯提取物、含药血浆及空白血浆指纹图谱,确定其血浆移行成分。结果：在含药血浆中发现了5个移行成分,其中1个为原型成分,3个是代谢产物,另外一个在其提取物、空白血浆和含药血浆中均有出现,有待进一步研究。结论：血中移行成分和代谢产物可能成为波棱瓜子的体内直接作用物质,对其进行更深入的研究有助于探索其药效物质基础及作用机制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To screen the bioactive constituents of Herpetospermum caudigerum,serum pharmacochemistry research was performed on the ethyl acetate extracts from Herpetospermum caudigerum.Method： Based on the establishment of HPLC fingerprints of the ethyl acetate extracts,rat serum samples containing drug and blank serum samples,the constituents absorbed into blood were determined by comparing the HPLC fingerprints of them.Result： Five compounds absorbed into blood were detected,among which one was original constituents of the ethyl acetate extracts,three were metabolites,and the other one need further investigations,as it was detected among the ethyl acetate extracts,serum samples containing drug and blank serum samples.Conclusion： The constituents absorbed into blood and metabolites were possible bioactive components of Herpetospermum caudigerum.Further studies on them will help clarify the bioactive constituents and mechanisms of Herpetospermum caudigerum. |
