| 摘 要： | 分析了消化性溃疡目前中西医学的常规疗法及特点，认为西医的治疗仅针对“胃酸”和“幽门螺旋杆菌”之病因，而中医治疗没有抓住本病的病理本质，故疗效不理想。因此提出气虚阳郁是本病发生的内在病理基础，认为本病是一种寒热夹杂，虚实互见的复杂病变。

| Abstract: | SUMMARY:At present, the treatments in western medicine to chronic peptic ulcer were only directed against gastric hyperacidity or gastropyloric spirobacteria and the therapy in traditional Chinese medicine were not intended for the pathologica changes of chronic peptic ulcer. The author analysed the characteristics of routine treatment of chronic peptic ulcer and thought that above mentioned caused the therapy efficacy was not apparent. The author hypothesized that the pathogenesis of chronic peptic ulcer was Qi-deficiency and stagnated fire, and the method of therapy of expelling toxins from within body was applicable to ulcer in vivo. In addition, the author provided the essentials of this therapy used for chronic peptic ulcer. |
