| 摘 要： | 由于饮食不节或不洁等原因,导致现代脾胃病证越来越广泛,而脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源,脾胃一损,可及诸脏,变生百疾。因此,重新审视金元时期李东垣所创的补土学派的学术思想,总结其辨治脾胃病的经验,对临床有较大指导价值。而在前人诸多论述东垣脾胃学说的基础上,除详细阐释＂补土＂之要妙,明晰＂阴火＂、＂甘温除热＂、＂升阳散火＂等众所周知的＂擅补＂思维外,还发前人之未发,总结了东垣亦擅随证驱除中焦邪实以及立益气活血之法针对气虚血瘀诸病的＂擅攻＂之要,全面展现了东垣针对脾胃病证,虚实各异,辨治各显千秋的学术思想。
