| 摘 要： | 目的：研究灯盏细辛制剂脑神经保护的活性与化学成分相关性。方法：采用HPLC法,结合体外大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞存活影响实验,对比灯盏细辛制剂的神经保护活性与化学成分的相关性。结果：各制剂化学组分存在差异,主要以黄酮类成分和咖啡酰类成分为主;各制剂均有一定的促进体外大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞存活的作用。结论：灯盏细辛制剂均有神经保护活性,其活性成分可能与其中黄酮类和咖啡酰类成分有关。
