中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床效果。方法：100例肾小球肾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药汤剂。对比2组血、尿生化指标变化。结果：观察组治疗总有效率94.0%,对照组治疗总有效率72.0%,2组存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）;观察组尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮等指标与治疗前相比有显著性改善,且效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎效果值得肯定,值得临床推广。

Clinical Study on Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Chronic Glomerular nephritis

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on chronic glomernlar ne- phritis. Methods： 100 patients with chronic glomerular nephritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. The eontrol group was given the basic Western medicine treatment, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine deeoetion more. The variation of blood hioehemieal indexes and urine biochemical indexes in both groups were recorded and compared. Results： The total effeetive rate in the observation group was 94.0%, while that in the con- trol group was 72.0%, with significant differences （P 〈0. 01 ） . The urinary protein, serum ereatinine, urea nitrogen and other in- dicators in the observation group improved significantly after treatment, which were also better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine has signifieant improvement on chronic glomerular nephritis, worthy of a wide clinical application.
