肝细胞性肝癌中Livin的表达及其临床意义

目的:探讨Livin在肝细胞性肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测正常肝组织、癌旁肝硬化组织、肝细胞性肝癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达,并分析肝细胞性肝癌中Livin蛋白的表达与临床病理因素的关系。结果:Livin蛋白在原发性肝癌组织、癌旁肝硬化组织、正常肝组织中阳性率分别为60.87%,20.67%,0%;肝癌组织与癌旁肝硬化组织、正常肝组织比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05及P<0.01);Livin表达与肝癌侵袭性有关(P<0.05),与临床分期、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、年龄、性别、表面抗原无关(P>0.05)。结论:Livin蛋白可作为肝癌的分子标记物,可能成为肝癌诊断和诱导治疗的新靶点。

The expression of livin and its clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective:To study the expression of Livin and its clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:Livin protein expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues,cirrhosis tissues,and the normal liver tissues was detected by immuohistochemisitry (S-P method). Results:The positive rates of Livin protein expression were 60.87%,20.67%,and 0% in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, cirrhosis tissues,and the normal liver tissues.The expression of Livin between the hepatocellular carcinoma group and cirrhosis group had significant difference (P<0.05),and the expression of Livin between Hepatocellular carcinoma group and the normal liver tissues group had significant difference,too(P<0.01);Livin protein expression was related to the invasives of tumor (P<0.05),but not to clinical stage, tumor size, histological grade, age, gender and surface antigen (P>0.05). Conclusion:High rate of positive expression of Livin indicates it can be used as a new molecular marker of primary liver cancer and it may be a new target for diagnosis and apoptosis inducing therapy of liver cancer.
