当归治疗大鼠放射性肺损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察当归对大鼠放射性肺损伤的治疗作用及对相关氧化指标的影响。方法:大鼠行直线加速器照射建立放射性肺损伤模型,以中药当归和地塞米松腹腔内注射,对大鼠肺组织作病理检查,检测肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(MDA)及羟脯氨酸(HP)含量的变化。结果:当归组肺组织急性炎症明显轻于单纯照射组;45d和60d局灶性纤维化不明显。肺组织SOD活性当归组照射后明显高于单纯照射组(P<0.01)。肺组织MDA含量照射后当归组明显低于单纯照射组(P<0.01)。肺组织HP含量照射后45d、60d单纯照射组、地塞米松组高于当归组(P<0.05)。结论:当归可提高SOD活性,减轻氧自由基损伤,抑制胶原沉积,保护肺组织,对放射性肺损伤有治疗作用。
