| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胱抑素C(CYS-C)在小儿肾小球疾病诊断中的意义。方法:用HITACHI7600-020生化分析仪检测53例小儿肾小球疾病患者血清中BUN、CRE、UA、TCh、CYS-C﹑β2MG。结果:肾小球疾病组的CYS-C、CRE等浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:CYS-C是反映小儿肾小球滤过率的重要指标,在小儿肾小球疾病诊断中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose of the experimental research is to probe cystatin C in pediatric diagnosis of glomerular diseases. Methods:HITACHI7600-020 biochemical analysis was used to detect BUN, CRE, UA, TCh and CYS-C in 53 cases of pediatric patients with glomerular diseases. Results:The concentrations of CYS-C and CRE in the group of glomerular diseases are significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:CYS-C is an important indicator in reflecting the glomerular filtration rate in children and plays an important role in the diagnosis of glomerular diseases in children. |
