| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨结肠癌中KAI1的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 89例结肠癌组织中KAI1的表达 ,并与临床病理资料比较分析。结果 :89例中 ,免疫组化检测阳性率 46.0 7% ( 4 1/89) ,阴性率 5 3 93 %( 4 8/89)。结论 :结肠癌中KAI1表达与其病变发展呈负相关。在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期以及发生肝脏等转移的病人中 ,KAI1的表达明显下降。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expressive significance of the KAI1 metastasis suppressor gene in colon cancer.Methods:The expression of KAI1 gene were examined by immunohistochemistry in 89 patients with colon cancer. In addition, these findings were compared with the clinicopathological data. Results:The positive and negative rate of KAI1 expression were 46.07%(41/89),53.93%(48/89) respectively by immunohistochemistry.Conclusions:The expression of KAI1 were inversely correlates with the progression of colon cancer. It is obviously decreased when the lesion lies in Ⅲ?Ⅳstages of liver metastasis. |
