重症急性胰腺炎实验动物模型的快速制作和筛选

摘    要:采用4种激活剂(去氧胆酸钠、牛胆盐、糜蛋白酶、胆汁加狗血)改良的Wakayama方法经杂交狗主胰管注入,制作重症急性胰腺炎实验动物模型.结果显示:用20mmol/L去氧胆酸钠10~15min即可诱导SAP,并可出现胰组织明显的病理学改变.更进一步的胰组织学检查表明,其病理征象与人的SAP相似.

Abstract:With improred wakayama method, the animal experimental models of SAP were manufactured by infusing four activators (sodium desoxycholate, bile, blood bile salt and chymotrypsin) into the major pancreatic duct of dog. The results showed that the models were induced by 20mmol/L sodium desoxycholate in 10 to 15 min,pathological changes were obvious in pancreatic tissues. Furthermore the pancreas was histologically examined,the his-tological singns of SAP were essentially similar to human's.
