| 摘 要： | 以树脂铸型扫描电镜法,观察了成人睾丸和附睾的微血管构筑,以睾丸小叶构成微血管环单位,小叶间少有血管连系.小叶动脉分布可分三型:离心单支型;向心单支型;双向多支型,附睾管周围血管较稀疏,蔓状丛起始较血管形态复杂,管径不一,较大静脉壁上有细血管分布.

| Abstract: | The mierovasculatner of the testis and epididymis of three men was studied by using the replica-scanning electron microscopy as the main method. Each testis lobule forms a mierocirculatoiy unit, There are few vascular links between the lobuli nearby. The microvasculature may be divided into three types:centrifugai single branch.centripetal single branch and dual-directional multi-branch. The capillaries are fewer at the epididymis than that at the testis. The origins of pampiniform plexux are comples. Their diameters are different. There exist small vessels in the wall of larger veins. |
