| 摘 要： | 无创伤性产前诊断是人类遗传学发展的长期目标,从的外周血中分离胎儿细胞及游离DNA、RNA使之成为可能。胎儿核酸在母血中异常稳定,并含量丰富,快速代谢,使之成为重要的产前诊断侯选物质。

| Abstract: | Non-invasive prenatal diagnosis is a long-term aim of modern human gnetics. It is possible for us to isolate fetal cells and free DNA and RNA from maternal blood Fetal nucleic acids are not only surprising stable in maternal circulation, but also aboundant and metabolized rapidly, which make them possible to be an important candidate materials for prenatel diagnosis. |
