| 摘 要： | 硬膜下间隙阻滞是硬膜外阻滞的并发症之一,一直以来相关报道较少。随着临床麻醉中硬膜下间隙阻滞的个案报道增多,硬膜下间隙阻滞也逐渐引起了麻醉医师的关注。因此,本文就硬膜下间隙的解剖、生理,以及硬膜下间隙阻滞的常见原因与发生机制、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、防治与应用价值进行综述。

| Abstract: | Subdural block is one complication of epidural block,about which there have been few reports With the increasing of more and more reports about cases with subdural block,which is attracting more and more attention from,anesthetists.So,this article just reviews anatomic structure,and physiology,of Subdural space,as well as common causes and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,prevention and cure,and application value of subdural block. |
