| 摘 要： | 缺血后处理是最近提出的一种抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的新方法,指在全面恢复再灌注前短暂多次预再灌、停灌处理,其心肌保护效应和分子机制均与缺血预处理(IPC)相似,但由于可在心肌缺血发生后实施,临床可控性强,因而比IPC具有更直接、广泛的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Ischemic Postconditioning(Postcond) is a new pattern against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,which is defined as a series of brief interruptions between pre-reperfusions applied before whole regain of reperfusion,which has similar protective effect on myocardium and molecular mechanism to IPC.Because it can be applied after myocardial ischemia with high clinical controllability,ischemic postconditioning has more direct and wide clinical application value than IPC. |
