妊娠期糖尿病患者的血脂变化

正常妊娠期妇女,伴随胎儿的生长和发育,体内各激素水平发生一系列生理性变化,继而引起孕妇体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质代谢也发生显著改变。正常妊娠妇女血脂水平较非妊娠妇女升高,妊娠期糖尿病患者血脂水平较正常妊娠妇女升高。且妊娠期糖尿病孕妇不同孕期血脂变化不同,以孕晚期血脂升高最为明显,妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血脂异常不仅可导致胎儿过度生长,也可能引起羊水过多,使宫内压力增加,胎盘血流减慢引起缺血、缺氧,从而导致血压升高等其他并发症。

Blood Lipid Changes of Patients with Gestational Diabetes

Along with the growth and development of fetus, the hormone levels of normal pregnancy women have a series of physiological changes,which in turn cause siignifcant changes of sugar,fat and protein metabolism in pregnant women. The blood lipid levels of normal pregnant women were higher than the non pregnant women, ofthe patients with gestational diabetes were higher than normal pregnant women. During dif ferent pregnancy periods of gestational diabetes mellitus, the blood lipid changes are also different, with the most obvious increase in late pregnancy. The gestational diabetes meUitus combined with dyslipidemia, can cause not only excessive fetal growth, but also hydramnios, which may increase intrauterine pressure, slow blood flow to the placenta causing ischemia and hypoxia, and leading to high blood pressure and other complications.
