| 摘 要： | C反应蛋白(CRP)是由肝脏合成的一种急性时相反应蛋白,具有多种生物活性。其在细菌感染、风湿性疾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病等方面的作用已经被证实并应用于临床。近年来CRP与糖尿病肾病的关系越来越受到重视,现就CRP在糖尿病肾病的发生发展、治疗、病理学等方面的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | As one of the acute phase proteins produced by hver, CRP has many biological activities. The action of CRP in many fields, such as bacteria infection, rheumatic disease, malignant tumor and cardiovascular diseases,has been confirmed and benefit clinic. As accumulating informations about CRP were found, the relationship between CRP and DN was greatly concerned. This artide reviewed research progress in CRP and DN in recent years. |
