泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制研究进展

摘    要:铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染最常见的病原菌之一,对多种抗生素有天生的耐药性。近年来随着广谱抗菌药物的大量应用其耐药情况日趋严重,甚至出现了多药耐药及泛耐药株。泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的耐药机制极为复杂,主要包括耐药基因突变、产生灭活酶、改变药物的作用靶点、药物渗透障碍与主动外排机制高表达、形成生物被膜等。本文就近年来有关的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Pseudomonas aeruginosa has become one of the most important gram-negative pathogen associated with nosocomial infections and has an internal ability to acquire resistance to polyantibiotic. For the past few years, overuse of broad spectrum antibiotics has resulted in emergence of resistant P. aeruginosa. Worryingly, multi-drug resistant (MDR) and pan-drug resistant (PDR) P. aeruginosa were increasing globally. Mechanisms of Antimicmbial Resistance in Pandrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa is complex, including genetic mutation,inactivator, change of antibiotic target, low-permeability outer membrane and expression of a number of broadly-specific muhidrug efflux (Mex) systems and biofilm. The present article reviews the relative progress in this fields.
